Terms of Service

Effective date: October 11, 2026

PostMyCars is made by WatchGrid Studio LLC, a Texas company (“we”). These terms are between us and the dealership that buys a PostMyCars plan, each salesperson that dealership adds, and any salesperson who buys the Individual plan (together, “you”). Using PostMyCars means you agree to them.

What PostMyCars is

A Chrome extension and a website. The extension reads the vehicles your dealership lists on its own website, fills in Facebook Marketplace’s vehicle form on the salesperson’s own Facebook profile, removes the dealership’s branding from the photos, writes a description, and keeps listings in step with the website: a car that leaves the website is taken down, a changed price is updated. What else a plan includes, such as a page for each salesperson or posts to the store’s Facebook Page and Instagram, is set out on the plan where you bought it.

Your Facebook account is yours

  • Every listing goes up under the salesperson’s own Facebook account. You are responsible for it as if you had typed it yourself, and Facebook’s own terms and commerce policies apply to it.
  • PostMyCars is not affiliated with Meta. Facebook decides what it shows, limits or removes. PostMyCars stops posting when Facebook shows a warning, and we cannot promise what Facebook will do with a listing or an account.
  • PostMyCars never keeps your Facebook password and never acts on your account beyond what the plan says.

Listings are only as right as your website

The price, mileage, colors and other details come from your dealership’s website, and the description is written from them. The dealership is responsible for that information being right, and the salesperson reads each listing over before it is published. Claims a form asks for that PostMyCars cannot know, such as a clean title, are left for you to make.

Photos

You confirm the dealership has the right to use the photos on its website for listings. You let us process those photos to remove the dealership’s name, logos, signs and plates, including by sending them to the services named in our privacy policy. Photos are not kept on our server after they are cleaned.

Accounts and salespeople

  • A store plan belongs to one dealership location. The dealership chooses who is on it, adds and removes salespeople, and a removed salesperson loses access at once.
  • The Individual plan is for one salesperson, on their own card, with no store account behind it.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. What is done with it is done by you.

Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are monthly. A store plan is billed per dealership location and priced by the size of the floor, up to 15 salespeople or 16 and more, counted as the salespeople on the account on the billing date. The Individual plan is billed per salesperson.
  • You are billed in advance each month, by card, through Stripe, at the price shown when you bought the plan. There is no setup fee. If a trial was offered, its length is stated when you sign up, and billing starts when it ends.
  • Cancel any time from your account. The plan runs to the end of the month already paid for, and nothing is refunded for the rest of that month. Listings already published stay on the salespeople’s own profiles; anything we host for the store, such as salesperson pages, goes offline when the plan ends.
  • We may change a plan’s price with 30 days’ notice by email to the account.

What you may not do

  • Post vehicles you do not have the right to sell, or inventory from a website that is not your dealership’s.
  • Use PostMyCars in a way that breaks Facebook’s terms or the law where you sell.
  • Share one sign-in between people, or pass a plan to another dealership.
  • Copy, resell, overload or take apart PostMyCars, or get around its limits and pacing.

We may suspend an account that does any of this, and end it if it continues.

Changes and availability

We change PostMyCars as we go and will keep improving it. Facebook and dealership website platforms change too, and a change on their side can stop a feature until we catch up. We make reasonable efforts to keep PostMyCars working and do not promise it will be uninterrupted.

No warranty, and the limit on what we owe

PostMyCars is provided as it is. We do not promise sales, leads or any result, and we are not responsible for what Facebook does with a listing or an account. If we owe you anything for a claim under these terms, the most we owe is what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and never indirect or consequential losses. Texas law applies, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date at the top, and a change that matters is announced by email to the account. Using PostMyCars after that date means you accept the new version.
